We do not accept returns for “a change of mind”, only valid reasons such as an incorrect size, fit problem, defect or incorrect order will be taken into consideration. Exchanges can only be done once the shop reopens.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept a return of the item following these conditions :

  • the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We kindly ask you to include the original proof of purchase.
  • items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in any ways with their tags still attached.
  • if you have received a faulty item with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase and has not been worn or used in any ways.
  • we have the right to deny returns and exchanges if the garment returned does not meet our policy requirements.
  • we will not refund/exchange items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear or have been washed and cared for incorrectly.

FAULTY ORDERS

  • You must notify us of the problem within 2 business days from the parcel’s arrival date.
  • Please provide a valid reason for return/ refund; please provide photos of defect/ fault
  • The matter will be assessed and in the case that we agree that there has been a mistake on our side we will refund you the full amount you paid for the item, including shipping.

INCORRECT ORDER

If both parties discuss and agree that the item received by the customer is incorrect at the fault of the team, we will happily replace your item. If the customer does not wish to replace the item, they will be eligible for a full refund upon the return of the incorrect item.  Please see the following conditions :

  • ​You must notify us of the problem within 2 business days from the parcel’s arrival date.
  • Please provide a valid reason.
  • Returned in its original condition with all tags intact and attached to the garment.
  • Any disputes for a return, refund, replacement, faulty or incorrect order must be discussed, resolved and approved by the team within 5 business days from notification of the issue by the customer. All returns, refunds, replacements, faulty or incorrect orders are to the discretion of the MPUS team.
